What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Communicate project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking project progress
Identify, document, and track risks and issues throughout the project life cycle
Conduct project reviews with recommendations for future improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in managing projects of varying complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Bachelor’s degree required
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI)
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe certifications)
Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization
Experience with PDLC and SDLC methodologies
Insurance or Financial Industry experience
