Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables that align with business goals
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress and deliverables
Identify, document, and track risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct project reviews and provide recommendations for future improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in managing projects of varying complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with PDLC and SDLC methodologies
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAfE certifications)
Experience within the Insurance or Financial Industry
