Facilities Officer – Territorial Savings
Territorial Savings, a division of Bank of Hope, is looking for an experienced Facilities Officer to manage and maintain branch and headquarters facilities.
Responsibilities
Assist the Department Manager with identifying and resolving facility deficiencies.
Provide branch/HQ facility needs for repair and maintenance upon request.
Coordinate new branch setup and renovations.
Manage relocation services and furniture/ seating arrangements for end‑users.
Follow up on requests received through the Service Channel.
Arrange service vendors (Janitorial, Shredding, HVAC, Security Guard, Data Management, Lock Smith, Fire Extinguisher, etc.).
Prepare and maintain RFPs, bid information, and other contract documents on a project basis.
Compare bidding costs for building construction, repair, and furniture purchase.
Collect and update all required service licenses and COI copies from current service providers.
Maintain updated records of service provider insurance/business licenses/contractor licenses.
Maintain updated security guard services insurance/firearm license/PPO license records.
Maintain updated janitorial services insurance/state license records.
Manage HQ storages.
Arrange a schedule for termite & pest control.
Qualifications
Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma.
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years.
Technical Skills
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image; respond to sensitive inquiries; give persuasive presentations.
Reasoning Skills:
Excellent analytical skills; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and reach conclusions.
Computer Skills:
Accurate typing, basic computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The salary range for this full‑time position is $21.64‑$26.45 per hour, plus bonus and benefits.
