Day to Day Swedish Match North America LLC develops, manufactures, and sells quality products with market‑leading brands such as ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products. This position sits within our Swedish Match affiliate and supports the Morganton, NC area including Lenoir, Hickory, Rutherfordton, and Boone, NC. The successful candidate will manage all sales and operational functions within the assigned geography, selling and servicing products in retail stores, gaining new distribution, executing promotions, and ensuring product freshness. The role also involves data‑based presentations, call processes, and administrative duties including expenses and point‑of‑sale materials.

Responsibilities

Sell and service Swedish Match products in assigned retail stores.

Gain new item distribution and execute promotional and merchandising activities.

Utilize data to develop fact‑based customer presentations.

Follow company call processes and manage administrative aspects such as expenses and POS materials.

Collaborate with territory teams to maximize sales performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience is required.

Experience in non‑durable consumer goods sales.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Problem‑solving and creative solution development.

Critical thinking and ability to act in selling situations.

Analytical skills with ability to develop sales plans.

Planning skills to prioritize activities and achieve results.

Microsoft Office and business math proficiency.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Must reside within the geographical assignment.

Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, and carry bags and boxes as part of sales activities (up to 10 lbs frequently, up to 20 lbs occasionally, and up to 50 lbs seldomly).

Upon hire, travel costs may be reimbursed through weekly expense reports. Corporate credit card ineligibility may require personal payment until approved.

Annual Base Salary Range:

$60,000–$80,000
