7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting in healthcare or SaaS Proven success managing complex, multi-million-dollar accounts in healthcare technology or enterprise software Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-suite stakeholders Strong ability to connect technology adoption with tangible business outcomes and ROI Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred Preferred Qualifications
