Build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships on behalf of the employer

Develop and manage success plans in collaboration with the account team using objective data

Measure and analyze Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) to identify trends and implement corrective actions

Proactively manage customer communications, tailoring information to meet specific needs

Drive adoption of solutions by sharing usage data and promoting relevant events

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in an Enterprise Customer Success role within a Healthcare SaaS company

Proven success in managing customer engagement and optimizing usage and outcomes

In-depth knowledge of leveraging data to drive customer insights and business decisions

Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing priorities

Strong interest in building long-term relationships with customers

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced, evolving team environment

Proven track record of achieving significant improvements in customer satisfaction metrics
