Job Details
Position: Receiving, Sampling and Shipping Specialist
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Starting Hourly Pay: $30.00/hr

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Computer Literacy & Internet Savviness: Comfortably navigate various software systems integral to our operations, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite, and shipping platforms.
Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
Responsibilities
Receiving incoming shipments and matching them to expected inbound orders. Prepping tools to be used to take samples from the incoming products (cleaning implements, cleaning workstation, etc.). Taking samples from incoming products (taking photos, cutting strips or pieces of products, weighing them, bagging them and tagging them with codes) + data entry + organizing those samples for outbound shipments. Packing samples into envelopes and boxes for outbound shipments. Generating, printing and organizing shipping labels and documentation. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of clutter to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
