Top Required Skills
10+ years of Construction or Facilities Management experience covering planning, design, and construction phases.
Experience managing projects in a Data Center or Critical Facilities environment.
Prior experience as an Owner's Representative for large‑scale, enterprise‑level DC/CF projects.
Proficiency with ProCore, MS Office Suite, and other construction management tools.
Candidate must work independently and lead construction management company and subcontractor efforts, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure projects comply with architectural design and client standards. Must identify and resolve schedule‑impacting changes while keeping leadership informed.

LOTO (Lock Out / Tag Out)
Schedule & Other Requirements
Willing to work 40–50+ hours per week.
Willing to be on construction sites wearing required PPE (boots, hard hat, vest).
Job Description Primary duties include managing the day‑to‑day execution of project timelines and deadlines, overseeing all phases of construction or expansion of a mission‑critical facility, and ensuring compliance with safety, budget, and design requirements.
Coordinate daily activities with client personnel and vendors.
Interface with general contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor and facilitate project status, RFI’s, submittals, and change orders.
Ensure construction complies with plans, specifications, and network design standards.
Provide value engineering to identify cost savings and mitigate delays.
Participate in weekly meetings with client vendors and contractors.
Maintain project safety and client representation.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $135,000–$155,000 per year. Benefits include:
