What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from concept development to feature writing
Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose large epics into features and user stories for development teams
Facilitate Increment and planning sessions to ensure well-defined and understood planned work
Assist team members in using JIRA as an Agile Lifecycle Management Tool for tracking work
Maintain Salesforce applications, including user accounts, workflows, and permission settings
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience as a business analyst for the federal government
Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge and experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies

Experience with creating high-quality technical documentation and analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
