Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
Lead a team of Professional Services Resident Engineers to embed with customers, implementing Infoblox solutions and ensuring high‑quality performance and customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders—account teams, Professional Services management, etc.—for project status and metrics reporting, managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Work closely with the Sales team as part of the sales cycle to scope engagements and compose Statements of Work.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Partner with customers to share the value of Infoblox Professional Services and generate a service pipeline for the Professional Services Federal portfolio.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and meet expectations.
Help enable Infoblox partners to deliver Federal engagements.
Serve as an escalation point for customers and account teams.
Develop strong partnerships with Sales and other functional organizations.
Attend weekly scheduled Professional Services and Public Sector leadership meetings.
Be Prepared — What You Bring
10+ years of experience in a professional services leadership role at a SaaS company.
Experience working closely with enterprise and/or strategic account sales leaders in a SaaS environment.
Proven experience scoping engagements and negotiating Statements of Work.
Excellent mentoring, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling presentation to directors and VPs with confidence.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, coupled with a solid business sense.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Hands‑on experience in networking or security is highly desired.
