Hybrid role with 1–2 days on‑site at our Chicago, IL office. The senior risk analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks within the organization, participating in the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to minimize potential losses and ensure regulatory compliance. The analyst completes risk assessments, analyzes data, and provides recommendations to senior management. Responsibilities

Insurance Program Management

Actively participate in the operations of the company’s global risk insurance programs (US and International). Facilitate day‑to‑day activities, including internal information requests for policies, insurance certificates and/or auto ID cards, accounting/billing, coordination of claims/loss control services, and inquiries regarding coverage. Execute and support insurance renewal processes—data collection, underwriting coordination, and renewal strategy—for all lines of insurance (GL, Auto, Property, Cyber, Professional liability, Cargo, Crime and Product Liability). Collaborate with brokers and internal clients in the renewal process, preparing applications and submissions to underwriters. Communicate internally with stakeholders and business leads. Manage post‑bind deliverables, policy issuance, and insurer/broker relationships. Create and manage content for the Risk Management website and internal communication platforms. Serve as single point of contact for facilities and business teams regarding insurance inquiries. Support contract review of liability and insurance provisions from business and contract transaction teams. Assist with Workers Compensation self‑insurance run‑off requirements for states. Support Mergers & Acquisitions integration. Assist with allocation of certain premium and expenses to facilities. Claims Management

Work closely with brokerage and insurance partners to manage claims effectively and efficiently. Retrieve and analyze claims data and facilitate timely closure of claims with carriers. Risk Analysis

Perform risk analysis duties, including compilation of underwriting information and coverage placement, loss forecasting and analysis to promote maximum protection of assets and assist in loss reduction. Conduct risk assessments to mitigate liability exposures and contractual risks. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Risk Management. CPCU / ARM designations are a plus, but not required. Minimum of five (5) years of experience with an insurance carrier, broker, or corporate risk management. Ability to communicate across multiple functions and businesses. Strong organizational, analytical, and project‑management skills. Familiarity working with Risk Management Information Systems, implementation, data integrity, and reporting. Ability to work independently and within a team, establishing priorities and managing time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Additional Information

Salary range: $90,800 – $145,400 per year (location based). Base salary may be adjusted based on geographic location; compensation may also include a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
