Healthcare Market Director of Food & Nutritional Services (Project Management)
At BridgePoint, a team-driven environment, you will plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations, company policies and procedures, to ensure qualified food service and nutritional care is provided to the patients, employees, and guests in hospitals larger than 100 beds.
Responsibilities include:
Planning, organizing, and developing the dietary operations.
Directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department.
Ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
Providing qualified food service and nutritional care to patients, employees, and guests.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Licenses/Certification: Food Handlers permit required. Registered Dietitian preferred. ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
Experience: Five years of progressive experience in food services; three years in a management role; experience in hospital food service preferred.
