Senior Consultant – HCM System and Projects
The Senior Consultant leads and supports Oracle Cloud HCM modules, resolving complex issues and leading testing and enhancement workstreams.
Responsibilities Provide Level 2+ functional support and escalations for assigned module(s)
Proactively develop solutions and troubleshoot issues in assigned modules
Partner with HR stakeholders to deliver enhancements
Participate in quarterly update adoption and regression testing strategy
Mentor associates and intermediates in system usage
Lead user training and office hours
Lead and participate in cyclical and cross-functional projects
Provide input into reporting and analytic needs based on HCM data and processes
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications 4+ years Oracle Cloud HCM or HRIS experience in assigned module(s) or 2+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience in assigned module(s)
Oracle Cloud HCM experience in assigned module(s) preferred
Bachelor’s degree in human resource, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience
Master’s degree in human resource, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, configuration, and process design skills
Ability to manage assigned module(s) workstreams independently
Experience in business analysis and Agile methodology, with a focus on driving iterative improvements and stakeholder value
Proven experience leading and contributing to cross-functional projects
Experience planning, executing, and supporting unit, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality, quality, and alignment with business requirements
