Job Description:
Our customer is hiring a senior Oracle HCM Business Partner / Solution Architect to assist with the implementation of the Time and Labor module. The right person will have a Solution Architect type of background and deep knowledge of Oracle HCM – specifically the Time and Labor module. He or she will understand how modules are configured, and be able to execute testing. The consultant will also ensure the SI/implementation partner is staying on track with their development and configuration efforts, will help organize the testing, and be able to jump in and be hands on if needed, etc.
Required Skills & Experience:
Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Time and Labor module – Functional Solution Architect type of experience
Understanding of Oracle HCM configuration and ability to organize & execute testing
experience managing a system integrator / implementation partner
must be an expert with Time and Labor module of Oracle Cloud HCM – understand how it can impact the business process, how it’s configured for an end customer, etc.
must have a great understanding of how Time and Labor module is connected to time clocks in plants or manufacturing facilities
knowledge of Accu-Time’s TimeCom platform is highly desirableknowledge of Oracle HCM Web Clock feature
Understanding of how inputting time into clocks flows into the Time and Labor module, then into ADP for payroll
MUST have a great understanding of how the business process is impacted when Oracle Time and Labor module is impacted, but able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders as well as the implementation partner.
