We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven
Director of Marketing
to lead the development and execution of our company’s marketing vision. This senior leader will oversee all aspects of marketing, from customer and employee engagement strategies to brand management, digital presence, and event execution. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator and creative strategist who thrives on building meaningful connections between our company, our clients, and our employees.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive
customer marketing strategy
aligned with the company’s business goals.
Conduct
formal market analysis
to identify emerging market and customer trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Define and monitor
key performance indicators (KPIs)
to measure marketing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee the
Marketing Department , providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development to team members.
Draft, maintain, and continuously enhance
Marketing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Brand & Communications Management
Lead all aspects of
brand strategy and communication , ensuring consistent messaging across all channels — website, email, newsletters, social media, and print.
Manage and elevate the company’s
digital and social media presence , expanding reach and engagement through thoughtful content and storytelling.
Oversee the
development of proposals, presentations, and collateral
for customers and business development initiatives — directly managing or guiding third-party design vendors as needed.
Serve as the
brand guardian , maintaining integrity and cohesion across marketing materials, campaigns, and communications.
Employee & Recruiting Marketing
Develop and implement an
employee engagement and internal marketing strategy
to improve connection, culture, and retention across corporate and project teams.
Partner with the
Personnel Department
to design and execute a compelling
recruiting marketing strategy , strengthening the company’s employer brand and attracting top talent.
Events & Partnerships
Plan and execute
company and industry events , including conferences, internal events, and on-site publicity activities.
Travel as needed to project locations to manage marketing initiatives and represent the company at client or public events.
Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and collaboration.
Stay ahead of
marketing technology and methodology trends , identifying and implementing tools and techniques to elevate marketing performance.
Actively contribute to
management and client meetings , providing marketing insights that support organizational strategy.
Maintain the
highest level of confidentiality
in handling client and personnel information.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience , with at least
3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role .
Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies across diverse audiences.
Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
Demonstrated experience managing
third-party vendors , especially in content creation, digital marketing, and event planning.
Impeccable writing, editing, and storytelling skills , with an eye for detail and creativity.
Strong
project management and organizational skills , with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency in
social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) and
marketing tools
such as PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience in
website management, presentation design, and newsletter development
is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree a plus.
