Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid, some remote work) Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities
Lead beverage manufacturing capital projects from concept to commissioning Oversee installation, validation, and ramp-up of beverage processing and packaging equipment Ensure projects comply with FDA, USDA, and food safety standards Partner with maintenance teams for preventive and predictive maintenance planning Manage project budgeting, timeline, and cross-functional teams Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in beverage production Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 7+ years of beverage manufacturing project management Hands‑on experience with filling, packaging, and utilities in beverage production Expertise in maintenance, equipment commissioning, and regulatory compliance Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred Physical & Travel Requirements
Ability to work on-site and travel up to 40% as needed
