to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client projects. Responsibilities
Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities and maintain clear communication across departments.
Support project managers with scheduling, task tracking, and documentation.
Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and progress updates for clients and internal teams.
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects remain on track.
Collaborate with vendors, designers, and team leads to ensure seamless workflow and execution.
Anticipate potential challenges and propose proactive solutions to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project‑management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
