What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking project deliverables
Identify, document, and track project risks and issues, providing recommendations for future improvements
Use best practices and tools for project execution while seeking opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience managing projects of varying complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
Agile Certification CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, or SAfE certifications
Experience in the insurance or financial industry
Hands‑on experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
