Overview
Mandarin Emerging Markets Account Executive (Northeast) is a field sales role based out of a personal home office. You must live local to the area or be willing to relocate within 4 weeks of an offer. This position requires fluency in Mandarin and English and focuses on new business acquisition in emerging markets, handling inbound demand and referrals, and delivering a catered experience to Mandarin-speaking customers. Responsibilities
Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the supported market. Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language. Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language. Ensure onboarding team and customer are set up for success post-sale. Understand the competitive landscape in your market to position Toast effectively. Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers; collaborate with Toast employees in English. Qualifications
Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin is required. Prior sales experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial and feedback-driven mindset. Nice to Have
Restaurant operations experience. Experience using Salesforce. Sandler Sales Training. Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $118,000/yr - $189,000/yr. Total Targeted Cash may include base salary, commission, benefits, and equity (if eligible). Starting salary determined based on skills, experience, and location. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
