Sales Engineer – Global Markets (APAC, Americas, Europe, Middle East) We are seeking a
Sales Engineer
to drive sales initiatives across the
APAC, Americas, Europe, and Middle East
regions. This role is focused on managing and expanding key OEM accounts, increasing engagement with Airlines and MROs, and driving new business development.
This position requires a unique blend of
technical knowledge and sales expertise . The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships while working closely with internal engineering teams to develop solutions that address specific customer challenges. This is a
high-travel role , requiring 60% or more travel throughout the assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve bookings and revenue targets, with an emphasis on new business development.
Engage with sub-tier suppliers to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and partner with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Provide technical insight on product capabilities, applications, and system integration.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key industry stakeholders across assigned regions.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to inform strategic sales efforts.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Travel frequently within the assigned territories (60%+ travel).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
3–5 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced medical technology sectors.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex systems and components.
Demonstrated success in identifying customer pain points and partnering with engineering teams to create value-added solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned regions.
