Associate or Senior Associate
to join its growing investment team in
New York . The firm focuses on acquiring strategic minority interests in established private markets sponsors, partnering with top-tier private equity, credit, and real assets managers while allowing them to maintain operational independence.
The platform has raised multiple funds and recently closed its second vehicle at over
$1.5B , positioning itself as a fast-growing and highly regarded player in the
GP stakes space . The team has a strong track record of investing in high-quality firms and providing strategic support to help them scale.
Responsibilities
Support all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, diligence, financial analysis, and investment committee materials.
Contribute to portfolio management and strategic initiatives for partner firms.
Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, GP stakes investing, or FIG coverage.
Exposure to alternative asset managers or financial sponsors is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
