BRG is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant for the Economics, Disputes & Investigations (EDI) practice. The role involves leading project workstreams, providing strategic guidance, developing analytical frameworks, mentoring junior staff, and managing client relationships. Work may be quantitative or qualitative, including economic, statistical, and financial analysis, modeling, and presenting client deliverables. This position offers advancement opportunities. Responsibilities
Lead project workstreams within EDI engagements and provide strategic guidance Develop analytical frameworks and models for economic, financial, and accounting analyses Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities Design economic, statistical, and financial analyses; model financial data and markets Oversee and mentor junior staff; perform quality control and review deliverables Conduct industry research and contribute to expansion of business Qualifications
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative field (ABD or PhD for Economist track) Minimum 5+ years in an advisory firm managing commercial disputes Minimum 5+ years in antitrust & competition economics litigation matters Strong ability to explain economic/financial/ accounting concepts and to use quantitative and qualitative analysis methods Leadership, and effective communication with junior and senior staff Experience with large data sets in Excel and statistical tools (SAS, Stata, R) Proven ability to create and implement strategic visions Desire to work in a collaborative team environment Interest in consulting with a view to generating business and becoming recognized as an expert Salary Range: $110,000 to $200,000 per year.
