We are seeking a strong qualitative and research-oriented professional interested in applied economics questions in areas such as Intellectual Property, Antitrust, and International Arbitration. The ideal candidate will have prior litigation or economic consulting experience, with responsibilities including developing economic theories of harm, analyzing relevant literature, reviewing litigation evidence, managing client relationships, developing and presenting deliverables, managing junior staff, ensuring quality, conducting industry research, and business development. Supporting the development and presentation of client deliverables, including expert reports and testimony preparation. Executing and overseeing work streams, developing economic theories of harm, analyzing literature, reviewing evidence, managing client relationships, and ensuring quality control. Collaborating with top antitrust experts on judicial proceedings to analyze mergers and competition issues. Supervising, training, and mentoring team members. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of analyses and opinions. Qualifications Masters or PhD in economics with expertise in industrial organization, microeconomics, or econometrics. Over six (6+) years of litigation consulting experience in antitrust matters. Strong qualitative research background, with interest in current antitrust issues. Experience reviewing depositions and expert reports. Experience managing teams reviewing litigation documents using Relativity and Disco. Proficiency in economic, statistical, or financial analysis tools such as MS Excel, SAS, Stata, R, MS SQL Server, MS Access, or SPSS. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage workstreams and team members. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Team-oriented mindset. Salary Range: $175,000 - $260,000 annually.
