Job Title: Systems Architect
Contract: Long Term
Location: Minneapolis 550 S 4th 3 day a week in the office.
Job Description
Looking for an architect to help with system architecture, data center moves, rationalization efforts, and similar. Looking for someone with deep HR tech experience and knowledge of modern Human Capital Management and data platforms.
His team is tasked with handling the big topics, like what is their tech strategy. Most of the things that Paul is doing right now is to help them overcome a specific design obstacle. He needs to figure out which platform to this, or where can they do this kind of reporting from and be compliant with the data storage policy, or what integration patterns should they be using for a new vendor etc.
This person will be helping the teams who develop the products answer specific questions around architecture. Must have an HR Tech background. Preferably Workday. Providing design direction to the teams that are doing the design. Needs to be able to communicate very effectively with many different groups across the organization. Needs this person to understand the requirements, ability to do design, has a strong HR Tech background, and if they have Workday configuration experience that is a big plus. Will be utilizing a lot of Power Point in this role.
