Job Responsibilities

Design and implement system architecture for HR technology platforms, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Lead system architecture projects including data center moves and application modernization efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rationalize and optimize existing HR data platforms.

Develop and maintain data warehousing solutions to support HR analytics and reporting needs.

Provide expertise on Workday, HCM, Microsoft Fabric, and related data platforms to ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications

Deep experience with HR technology systems, particularly Workday and Human Capital Management platforms.

Strong knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, and application modernization.

Proficiency in system architecture design and implementation.

Experience with data center moves and rationalization efforts.
