What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the Rentals Sales team in executing sales strategies and driving team growth
Refine sales processes and metrics to enhance revenue and sales efficiency
Foster a high-performing sales culture with a focus on achieving ambitious targets
Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing forecasts and insights to the Senior Director
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and introduce new products
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of sales management experience, ideally in B2B and/or B2C environments
Proven track record in pipeline management and upselling existing partners
Experience managing sales organizations of 30+ people
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners
Proficiency in CRM and data tools, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a dynamic, high-energy sales environment
Background in recruitment, mentorship, and retention of sales talent
Bachelor’s Degree and Director-level Sales Leadership experience
