What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with Sales Finance, HR, Legal, FP&A, and Sales Leadership to recommend compensation mechanics and performance measures

Guide quota assignments using financial forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives

Analyze key metrics related to compensation performance, attainment trends, and cost of sales/ROI

Ensure data and reporting support compensation payouts and collaborate with Sales Leadership to resolve issues

Lead audits on compensation attainment to ensure compliance with HR and legal requirements

What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Planning, or a related field

Deep knowledge of multiple sales operations domains, particularly in compensation design and sales analytics

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms

Experience working cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and strategic outcomes

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
