Responsibilities

Lead the consolidated close process and oversee key reconciliations for multiple entities

Own the external audit process, ensuring timely resolution of audit matters

Partner on complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and debt modifications

Collaborate with Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting teams to implement new accounting standards

Champion SOX compliance and drive process improvements across the organization

Inspire and develop a talented team through mentoring and leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA strongly preferred

4 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting

Deep technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards

Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or consolidation systems

Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
