Manager of Financial Reporting (Consolidations)
Location: Saint Louis, MO
Salary Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Lead the consolidated close process and oversee key reconciliations for multiple entities
Own the external audit process, ensuring timely resolution of audit matters
Partner on complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and debt modifications
Collaborate with Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting teams to implement new accounting standards
Champion SOX compliance and drive process improvements across the organization
Inspire and develop a talented team through mentoring and leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA strongly preferred
4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting
Deep technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or consolidation systems
Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
