$165,000 – $175,000 annually.
Position Overview
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Care Coordination facility.
Maintain daily operations, implement process improvements, and serve as liaison with third‑party payers.
Manage both the Utilization Review and Social Services departments.
Apply case‑management best practices and lead hands‑on utilization and case management processes.
Adapt quickly to changing needs; demonstrate excellent communication and patient‑focused organization.
Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree strongly preferred.
Minimum five years of related experience.
Strong case management background with leadership experience.
Highly organized, patient‑focused, and adaptable.
Compensation Details
Annual base salary $165,000 – $175,000.
Final rate determined by experience, education, training, location and budget.
Possibly eligible for comprehensive benefits package (health, retirement, etc.).
Benefits

Employer payment of FICA contributions and tax withholdings.
Travel covered by B.E. Smith and client; periodic home trips and lodging provided.
