What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress and deliverables
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely
Identify, document, and track risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct project reviews with recommendations for future improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
5‑7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in managing projects of varying complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience delivering projects within a technology organization
Bachelor's degree and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI)
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe certifications)
Experience with PDLC and SDLC methodologies
Knowledge of the insurance or financial industry
