What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress against deliverables
Identify, document, and track risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct project reviews with recommendations and strategies for future improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven experience delivering projects within a Technology organization
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with PDLC and SDLC methodologies
Bachelor's degree and legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAfE certifications)
Experience in the Insurance or Financial industry
Proficient in MS Office Products and Enterprise Project Management tools
