What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle
Identify, document, and track risks and issues, conducting project reviews with recommendations for improvements
Utilize best practices and tools for project execution while continuously seeking improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in project management at varying levels of complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with PDLC and SDLC methodologies
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
Agile Certification CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe certifications
Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization
Insurance or Financial Industry experience
Skills with MS Office Products including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management tools
