Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Communicate project expectations clearly and timely to team members and stakeholders Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress against deliverables Identify, document, and track project risks and issues, providing recommendations for improvements Conduct project reviews and analyze results to troubleshoot problem areas What is Required (Qualifications):
5-7 years of experience in project management Proven work experience in managing projects of varying complexity Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization Bachelor's degree and legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe certifications) Experience with PDLC and SDLC methodologies Insurance or Financial Industry experience We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
