Must have:
We are seeking candidates who possess strong customer service abilities and have knowledge of Active Directory or similar identity management systems. Attention to detail is crucial, and we are looking for individuals who can effectively handle rapidly changing priorities. A minimum of three years of experience troubleshooting Windows systems is essential. Good verbal and written communication skills are required for customer interaction and documentation.
Responsibilities In this role, you will be managing second-level Service Desk support tickets, with approximately 85% being remote and 15% desk-side support. Your tasks will include resolving hardware and software issues, assisting customers remotely with DUO, NetMotion, and network resource connectivity. You will also deploy MECM GUI and headless images, conduct software deployments both manually and through MECM task sequence software packages, and update hardware and software assignments in our Manifest. Furthermore, you will assist users with operating systems, application programs, utilities, and hardware operations, as well as image, install, and relocate IT-related equipment.
Company This position is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extensions. The work location will be in person at our office in Sacramento, CA. We offer a competitive pay rate of $38.00 per hour.
