Prosum provided pay range: $79,000.00/yr - $114,000.00/yr. Ideal candidates will have experience in the Professional Services industry, with a strong preference for Legal. A background working with DMS tools such as iManage or NetDocuments is highly valued but not required. Candidates should also have hands-on experience setting up video conference rooms and providing hardware and software support in medium-to-large environments. Seeking a senior-level IT Desktop professional with a stable track record supporting organizations within the professional services sector. This Desktop Analyst role is responsible for IT systems support as well as the administration, monitoring and maintenance of the data and telephone infrastructure for the assigned office. Essential Functions of Job:

Provide excellent customer service and timely resolution to end-user technology issues Effectively communicate with end-users, peers, vendors, and management Follow best practices for hardware deployments and upgrades Create service tickets to track technology issues Take ownership of tickets escalated from the help desk Provide meeting support – video conferences, webinars, and presentations Maintain office AD security and distribution groups Adhere to Information Security policies and procedures Assist with IT projects and initiatives Must be available to work fully onsite Monday through Friday Occasional after hours and/or weekend support for high priority requests Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications: Experience with Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, computer hardware maintenance and repair, printer and copier configuration and troubleshooting, MDM and iPhone/Android phone services. A basic understanding of Internet protocols, data connectivity methods and remote access technologies. Telephone and voicemail system training as well as wireless networking and video conferencing system knowledge a plus. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for this position with the ability to work effectively with end-users, IT peers, vendors and managers. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in a Microsoft Environment. Medium to Large environment preferred. Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Computer/Software Knowledge Required: Windows 11, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Active Directory. Work Environment

Working indoors with limited exposure to hazards. Must work physically in the Century City office Monday through Friday. The role will work in an office building with multiple floors. Access will be by stairs or elevator. Will also work in a server room periodically. Travel Requirements

The role may be required for occasional light travel to local venues or hotels to assist with technology needs such as setup or delivery of equipment. Seniority level and Employment type
