Senior Affera EP Mapping Specialist Cardiac Ablation Solutions Location: Burlington, Vermont, United States

Salary Range: $135,000 – $140,000 (U.S.)

Full‑time, mid‑senior level, remote within assigned territory

Position Description Provide technical, clinical, and sales support for the EP mapping & navigation system (Affera) and all Cardiac Ablation Solutions products within the assigned region.

Position Responsibilities

Offer clinical and technical support and training to physicians, staff, and office personnel on the EP mapping & navigation system and all CAS products.

Educate clinicians and hospital staff on technical aspects of CAS products and related procedures.

Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products.

Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to meet or exceed CAS sales goals.

Develop and nurture customer relationships to generate incremental business.

Collaborate with Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities.

Partner with local sales teams to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products.

Communicate with sales and clinical teams in the region.

Act as the Medtronic CAS representative for physicians and support staff regarding products, service, and support.

Serve as a regional champion, sharing expertise and encouraging proficiency in mapping technology.

Qualifications – External

High school diploma + minimum 8 years of related experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Associate degree + minimum 6 years of related experience.

Bachelor’s degree + minimum 4 years of related experience.

Valid driver’s license; ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Desirable: B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with at least 4 years in the cardiac field.

Proven track record with technical training assignments.

Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.

Active vehicle insurance; clean driving record.

Physical Job Requirements

Stand/sit/walk for up to 8 hours per day.

Frequent travel within and outside the territory, including occasional overnight stays.

Frequent use of computer, phone, keyboard, and mouse.

Exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
