Board Certification:

Experience:
Minimum 3 years Emergency Medicine experience required
Licensure:
Active Kentucky medical license
Certifications:
ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS (required)
DEA:
Active and unrestricted
Professionalism:
Must be comfortable supervising APCs
