is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Veterinary Practice Manager
to lead our passionate and growing team in
Loganville, GA . This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a
well-established general practice and wellness-focused veterinary hospital
and help shape its continued success. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and team engagement—all while ensuring exceptional client service and high-quality medical care. Walton Gwinnett Animal Clinic is proud to be part of

Location: 4695 Atlanta Highway, Loganville, GA 30052 Salary:
Starting at $70,000+ annually, based on experience Eligible for Annual Performance Bonus based on individual and hospital
EBITDA performance Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates ✨ What You’ll Be Doing ✨ This is a full-time, salaried leadership role perfect for someone with
strong veterinary industry experience
and a proven ability to manage people, operations, and financials within a clinical setting. We’re looking for a

who thrives on collaboration, communication, and operational excellence. Team Leadership & Culture
Lead with empathy, transparency, and accountability Foster a positive and respectful workplace culture that encourages collaboration and growth Provide coaching, support, and development opportunities for staff Partner with the Medical Director to align operational and clinical priorities Conduct team meetings, performance evaluations, and recruitment efforts ⚙️ Hospital Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth workflows Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Manage scheduling, staff productivity, and workflow efficiencies Maintain vendor relationships and inventory control Partner with support departments across Innovetive Petcare’s network Financial Management
Own the hospital’s
P&L , budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Monitor KPIs and set performance goals aligned with hospital growth Drive revenue generation while managing expenses responsibly Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve financial and strategic goals Client Experience
Champion a warm, professional, and consistent client experience Address and resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency Promote loyalty through community involvement and local engagement
✅ What We’re Looking For
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in
business ,
marketing , or
related field
preferred Certified Veterinary Practice Manager
( CVPM ) preferred, not required. 3-5 years of experience in a veterinary hospital or clinical setting (Veterinary Assistant, Technician, or Client Service experience is a plus!) 3+ years in a management or leadership position
within a veterinary or healthcare environment Strong working knowledge of
hospital financials , including
P&L management, budgeting, and payroll Experience with
practice management software
(e.g., Avimark, Cornerstone, Ezyvet, etc.) Your Strengths:
Emotionally intelligent, approachable, and inspiring leader Detail-oriented and highly organized Confident in analyzing data and using it to inform decisions Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Passionate about veterinary medicine and client care
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $70,000+
