Job Description
Convivio Health, a fast-growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation center, is seeking highly skilled Clinical Psychologists to join our dynamic team. We specialize in the treatment of:
Brain Injuries: Addressing unresolved cognitive, psychosocial, and physical symptoms
Chronic Pain: Resulting from musculoskeletal injuries
PTSD: Following traumatic work injuries, especially in manual labor, police, and fire/rescue professions
Immediate Need: We are especially seeking a Clinical Neuropsychologist for a structured group rehabilitation program focused on patients with acquired (mild to moderate) brain injuries. This program integrates psychological services within physical rehabilitation and provides daily treatment over several months.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy to support patients in managing symptoms, restoring physical and mental health, and enhancing daily functioning
Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-treatment evaluations
Integrate diagnostic findings with medical and physical assessments to guide care
Co-lead the development and execution of integrated treatment plans
Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations in written reports and follow-up with referring physicians

Required Qualifications
PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program and internship
Training in health psychology, pain psychology, neuropsychology, and/or PTSD treatment
Washington State Licensed Psychologist or license-eligible (post-EPPP)
Preferred Qualifications
Doctoral-level training in biopsychosocial health, psychological/neuropsychological assessment, and behavioral assessment
Experience with CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, biofeedback, medical hypnosis, breathwork, or other mind-body interventions
Experience treating injured-worker populations and working with state disability programs
Experience working in Hispanic communities; Spanish language proficiency is a plus
Prior work in a CARF-accredited rehabilitation program
Leadership experience or involvement in program development
