Our Psychologists Benefit From
Reasonable Caseloads – 25 clinical hours per week, allowing for work-life balance
Collaborative Treatment – Work closely with medical, rehabilitation, and therapy professionals
A Culture of Innovation – We encourage creativity in treatment and problem-solving
Your Role Conduct individual psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques
Provide psychological assessments and treatment planning
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care
Mentor Psychological Associates (if applicable)
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For Current California Licensed Psychologist
Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
Strong diagnostic and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Experience within the Workers' Compensation system (preferred, not required)
Bilingual a plus
