Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing and relationship-driven Jet Card & Fractional Sales Director to lead client acquisition and revenue growth within our premium aviation division. This role is responsible for selling jet card memberships and fractional private aviation programs to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), C-level executives, and corporate flight departments. As an ambassador of the brand, you’ll cultivate lasting relationships, deliver tailored aviation solutions, and contribute to Jetvia’s mission to be America’s leading midsize private jet provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, qualify, and close new Jet Card and fractional ownership clients through direct outreach, referrals, and event-driven networking
Develop and manage a personal pipeline of high-value prospects, including HNWIs, corporate accounts, and family offices
Deliver compelling in-person and virtual presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations tailored to client flight needs
Collaborate with marketing, customer success executives, and operations to align messaging and ensure a seamless client experience
Attend targeted industry events and host private client experiences to drive engagement
Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking, forecasting, and reporting for all stages of the sales cycle
Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through high-volume, high-touch consultative selling
Act as a trusted aviation advisor and brand representative with discretion, professionalism, and integrity
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of consultative B2C or B2B sales experience in private aviation, luxury travel, financial services, or a related industry
Demonstrated success closing high-ticket services or membership programs with UHNW clientele
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Existing HNWI or corporate prospect network highly preferred
Ability to manage a long and short sales cycle with attention to service quality and urgency
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Willingness to travel regularly (30%–50%) for client meetings and industry events
Preferred Attributes:
Background in private aviation sales (charter, jet card, fractional, or aircraft management)
Familiarity with jet card program structures, pricing, and aircraft categories
Strong personal brand and credibility in the luxury or UHNW market segment
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to self-generate leads and manage your own book of business
