Position Overview The Charter Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving Jet OUT’s charter business, serving as the direct link between high-value clients, brokers, and our operations team. You’ll manage the full charter sales cycle from engaging prospective clients and preparing tailored solutions to overseeing flawless trip execution. This is an individual contributor role, but you’ll work closely with the Vice President of Revenue, Charter Operations, and Client Experience teams. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment and can confidently represent Jet OUT’s premium brand to the market. What You’ll Do Drive Charter Revenue: Generate new business opportunities and convert inbound inquiries into booked trips, delivering customized solutions for both retail and wholesale clients. Deliver a Premium Client Experience: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and brokers, ensuring Jet OUT is their trusted partner for private travel. Lead Deal Execution: Develop accurate pricing proposals, manage negotiations, and oversee every step of the sales cycle — from inquiry to completed flight. Optimize Fleet Utilization: Identify opportunities to maximize aircraft efficiency through back-to-back trips and empty leg matching, creating incremental revenue while enhancing client value. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our Operations team to ensure seamless trip execution and elevated service at every touchpoint. Represent Jet OUT: Serve as a brand ambassador at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to grow your personal network and Jet OUT’s market presence. What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years in private aviation sales, charter brokerage, luxury travel, or other high-value, relationship-driven sales roles. Proven Performance: A strong track record of closing deals and exceeding revenue targets. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of retail vs. wholesale charter dynamics, fleet positioning, and Part 135 operations. Tech-Enabled Sales Skills: Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot and FMS platforms like FL3XX to manage leads, opportunities, and booked trips. Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to establish trust with discerning clients and partners.
