Delivery Lead, Data, Digital, Design and Engineering
The Macquarie Asset Management Data, Digital, Design and Engineering team’s purpose is to drive digital transformation using Agile and Lean methodologies to deliver incremental business value. This team thrives on experimentation and innovation to deliver future-proofed and rapid digital outcomes for the business.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play? As a Delivery Lead, you will work within an Agile team which will include Product owners, Data Managers, Architects, Technical Leads, Solution Designers, Software Engineers, and Business Analysts to drive innovation and continuously deliver our businesses digital outcomes.
Salary range for this position: $130,000 - $175,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer
3 years of Delivery experience within a Scrum environment
Advocate/Practitioner of Agile and Lean methodologies for value delivery with efficiency.
Background in financial services or regulated fields
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills
