Job Overview This role aims to enhance business efficiency and create the best environment for great work to happen.

By expertly setting up and managing simple to complex client projects, the SPM will serve as the central liaison between internal teams. Collaborating closely with Client Services teams, you will play a pivotal role in helping set up and deliver outstanding creator campaigns that meet and exceed expectations.

Project Management is a new department and this role will be instrumental in helping the adoption of project management into the agency.

As the custodian of the project approach, the Senior Project Manager will ensure projects are set up for success by aligning the right skillsets, resources, schedules, and scope with overall objectives. This role oversees all documentation, tooling, communication channels and stakeholder alignment.

Throughout projects they will keep on top of the project delivery milestones, actions and the overall health, anticipating potential challenges such as delays, scope‑creep and evolving resource needs.

They will proactively work through solutions and seek opportunities. They will foster collaboration and communication amongst the internal teams and external partners, keeping projects on time, on budget.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive stronger work on projects through a collaborative approach ensuring feasibility in the delivery of work.

Work with key stakeholders to ensure that the strategy and creativity is protected in the delivery of the project.

Gather input and direction from team leads to ensure the right skillset is assigned and that all team members are supported in a way that allows them to focus on their core job responsibilities and output

Work with project teams to ensure the agency is putting their best work forward.

Project Set Up & Planning

Manage Kick Off sessions on their assigned projects/hubs

Define the project approach, plans/timings and delivery of all campaigns and projects

Work with all departments to provide experience‑based input into creating budgets/SOW, resources, timings etc.

Organise the Response to Brief (RTB) process in order to set the project up for success and involve the right skillset at the right point.

Responsible for booking and managing project resource through the lifecycle of a project

Project Delivery & Workflow

Responsible for the delivery of mid‑size/larger, complex and/or innovative projects and workstreams, working with Client Services to keep the project on time, in scope and on budget.

Facilitate and drive project collaboration, ensuring that key conversations happen in a timely manner from scoping to delivery. Coordinate Internal reviews.

Assign tasks and monitor workloads to ensure teams are operating efficiently.

Anticipate and resolve problems throughout project delivery, manage risk without requiring escalation.

Project Health

Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in scope or priorities.

Clearly articulate commercial decisions on the delivery of their projects to the benefit of the project.

Tracks hours, budgets, and burn rates across projects

Participate in core finance meetings; ensuring financial tracking, reconciliations and reporting.

Conduct project wrap ups to assess successes and areas for improvement.

Collaboration

Set the phasing and timeline of a project inline with budget and ensure the project stays on course - communicate this to the client and help manage expectations, milestones and next steps.

Attends and contributes to weekly client status meetings

Lead Internal weekly scrums and workflow

Plan resource for weeks ahead liaising with Traffic & Operations

Coordinate with third party partners or vendors on more complex projects

Champion the Project Management process

Implement and refine project management processes, tools, and best practices to enhance team efficiency.

Always look to improve how we work. Focus on implementing and refining methodologies and tooling /tech within project delivery processes.

Team

Oversee’s Project Managers with more complex projects

Mentor and guides project managers fostering a culture of excellence and accountability aligned with our values

Build and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration.

Promote internal learning and development within the Project Management function

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Senior PM, within a creative, advertising, or marketing agency.

Proven project management expertise, including project scoping, resource planning, risk assessment, and delivery across large‑scale, complex projects.

Strong people management and development skills

Excellent organisational skills, detail‑oriented mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior clients and internal teams.

Financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, profitability tracking, and improving operational efficiency.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

Strong collaborative mindset, with experience working across multiple departments and disciplines.
