Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a 4-month contract in Niskayuna, NY 12309.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
Ability to deliver great customer experiences and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, client relationships and expectations.
Strong communication skills. Positive attitude.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage the assets onsite for the customer and be responsible for imaging, deploying, maintaining, repair, and wiping of computer systems.
Provide software support, mobile device management, and support computer peripherals.
Able to confidently and safely lift up to 50 lbs as well as be able to navigate between buildings and the production floor to support users.
Comfortable providing hands & feet support for network support if needed.
Represents the company in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates.
Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests.
