About the Role
Join our sanitation team and play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our cookie and snack production facility. Whether you're a night owl or an early riser, we have a weekend shift that fits your lifestyle. Full training provided—mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are a must!
What You’ll Do
Clean and sanitize production equipment and areas using chemicals and tools
Disassemble and reassemble machinery for thorough cleaning
Perform visual inspections and chemical concentration checks
Follow safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and GMP standards
Document sanitation tasks, chemical usage, and inspection results
Collaborate with team members and assist in training
Monitor cleaning supply inventory and support pest control efforts
What We’re Looking For
Experience with sanitation, cleaning chemicals, and GMPs
Comfortable working at heights and in warm, non-climate-controlled environments
Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow safety procedures
Lockout/Tagout experience preferred
Forklift experience a plus (not required)
Ability to work independently and perform basic math
Work Environment
This is a GMP-compliant facility requiring hair and beard nets. Expect a fast-paced, hands-on role with exposure to cleaning chemicals and warm conditions. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.65 - $20.11/hr.
