Overview
Team Lead, Intensive-In-Home (Therapist) at Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH). The role supports children and adolescents at risk of out-of-home placement with intensive, community-based treatment that strengthens families, supports reunification, and helps youth find stability at home. What You’ll Do
Provide clinical guidance and supportive leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering intensive services to youth and their families in homes and community settings. Oversee assessments and treatment planning, guide crisis interventions, and connect families to community resources. Foster trauma-informed, family-centered care with autonomy and trust for team success. Manage documentation, training, and quality assurance to ensure effective, around-the-clock support that helps keep youth stable in their homes and communities. Benefits
Competitive salary in the range of $55,000–$65,000 per year. Hybrid schedule with late afternoon and evening hours to accommodate youth and families. Comprehensive benefits package for eligible positions. Paid time off and paid holidays; medical, dental, and vision benefits; optional Flexible Health Spending Account (FSA); life and disability insurance; 403(b) retirement plan; employee assistance program; and more. Strong clinical judgment, natural leadership, and a passion for helping at-risk youth and families. Experience delivering community-based, trauma-informed care and leading a team through crisis interventions, treatment planning, and intensive family support. Ability to foster a supportive, collaborative environment. Qualifications
Must be a fully or provisionally licensed professional in North Carolina (e.g., LCMHC(A), LPA, LMFT(A), or LCSW(A)). Minimum of one (1) year documented experience with the population. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license (state appropriate). About Easterseals PORT Health
