Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) – Team Lead, Intensive In‑Home
Salary : $58,000–$62,000 (based on experience and licensure)
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges and disabilities? Join our Intensive In‑Home (IIH) team as a full‑time Team Lead.
What You’ll Do As a Team Lead, you will:
Provide therapy with children, families, and extended families using flexible schedules around school hours and family needs.
Lead a small team of two members and participate in crisis‑response rotation for an average of one call per week.
Serve clients in Iredell and Yadkin counties.

What We’re Looking For
Holds an LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, or provisional license.
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and good driving record.
High moral and ethical character; free of any substantiated charges of abuse or neglect on the NC Healthcare Registry.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records.
Ability to connect people to community resources.
