Commercial / Finance Project Manager
Siemens Digital Industries is looking for a dynamic Commercial / Financial Project Manager for the Solution Execution Finance Team. The successful candidate will interface with internal and external customers to execute mid‑level complex projects. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental United States; the Eastern time zone is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Provide ownership for all commercial topics throughout the entire project life cycle in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders (PM, tax, customs, legal, accounting).
Ensure accuracy of commercial project data in compliance with PM@Siemens framework and the Company’s policies and Financial Reporting Guidelines.
Improve project‑related processes and incorporate digital enablement tools, where possible, to support operational efficiency and enable future growth.
Support the Project Manager in identifying, reporting, avoiding or mitigating non‑conformance costs; implement lessons learned into the project and the organization.
Be the trusted partner for the project team by collaborating, leading, and educating team members from other areas on all financial and compliance topics.
Resolve complex problems to ensure the successful delivery of projects in accordance with agreed‑upon scope and contract terms.
Demonstrate a proactive and hands‑on approach by actively identifying opportunities, addressing challenges early, and driving initiatives forward with ownership and accountability.
Display a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high‑impact, complex, and/or cross‑functional challenges.
Basic Qualifications
BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years of prior Commercial/Financial Project Management experience.
5+ years of experience with SAP Project Modules and exposure to Tableau and/or Power BI.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills.
Problem‑solving skills to stakeholders on various projects.
Siemens CPM or PMP Certification is a plus.
Proven record of successful POC (percentage‑of‑completion) project execution.
Ability to multi‑task and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills to store critical company and customer files.
Experience with the application and concepts of Siemens automation products.

Salary range: $89,670 – $153,720. The annual incentive will be 10% of the base salary.
